Shipping policy

**Shipping costs**
- 1 pair: $15 standard shipping
- 2 or more pairs: free shipping

We ship to Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout where available.

**Processing time**
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

**Delivery time**

Every order is tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

**Customs and import charges**
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are the customer's responsibility unless shown as included at checkout.

**Lost or delayed parcels**
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, email curvecraftc@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the courier.

**Wrong address**
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
