Refund policy
We want you to love your Sculpt jeans. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.
**What can be returned**
- Jeans that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
**Free returns and size exchanges**
Returns are free. Email us at curvecraftc@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions. Want a different size instead? Size exchanges are free too, just tell us which size you need.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
If you bought a bundle (2 or 3 pairs) and return part of it, the refund is based on the bundle price you paid for the items you return.
**Faulty or incorrect items**
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
**Your rights under Australian Consumer Law**
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, or your rights under the consumer laws of the country you live in.
