Refund Policy

We want you to love your CurveCraft pieces. Here's how exchanges, returns and refunds work.

Wrong size

Exchange for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery. For your first exchange on an order, you post the pair back and we ship the new size free. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in their original packaging.

Change of mind

Return within 30 days of delivery for store credit for the full price you paid. Your credit never expires. UK customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order for a full refund of the item price.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email hello@curvecraft.co as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return postage.

Processing

We process returns within 3 business days of receiving them. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and banks can take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Full details are in our Return and refund policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not affect those rights.
