Shipping

We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, then it's 5 to 10 business days to you, so most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days. One flat tracked rate per order, however many pairs you buy. US and Canadian orders ship with duties paid, and Australian prices include GST. Allow an extra 3 to 5 business days around Black Friday, Christmas and Chinese New Year. Wrong size? Swap it within 30 days

Exchange for another size or colour within 30 days of delivery. For your first exchange on an order, you post the pair back and we ship the new size free. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in their original packaging. Not sure of your size? Check our size chart or message us before you order.

Changed your mind?

Return it within 30 days of delivery for store credit for the full price you paid. UK customers can also cancel within 14 days for a refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email hello@curvecraft.co as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund, and we cover the return postage.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 15 business days, email us and we'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
